These SMS Terms and Conditions are the terms of service for the text messaging program of Modern Fence Chicago LLC (“Modern Fence Chicago,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By giving us your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, whether by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms or by otherwise opting in, you agree to these terms.

Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Modern Fence Chicago LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting a quote, requesting a sample, or purchasing any goods or services. You confirm that you are the subscriber or the regular user of the mobile number you provide.

Types of Messages

Our text messages are service-related. They may include:

Appointment, estimate, and installation scheduling reminders
Updates about your quote, sample request, order, delivery, or shipment
Account notifications
Replies to your questions and customer service messages
Other messages related to the products and services you requested from Modern Fence Chicago LLC

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out we will send one message confirming your request, and then you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect how we handle your quote or order by phone or email.
